How much higher the bill rate is than the pay rate, shown as a percentage. It has to cover payroll taxes, insurance and overhead as well as profit.

The full function of finding and hiring people, including employer brand, sourcing, recruiting and workforce planning. Often used as the name for an in house recruiting team.

A setting that controls how predictable an AI's output is. Low temperature gives steadier, repeatable answers; high temperature gives more varied writing. Most chat apps set it for you.
