How the paths work
The Academy has 41 lessons, and not every recruiter needs all of them in the same order. A learning path picks the lessons, prompts and free tools that matter most for your kind of desk and puts them in four stages. Each stage ends with one thing to try on a live req.

Agency recruiter
Win clients, fill jobs fast and close offers. Business development, sourcing, outreach, submissions and offers, in the order an agency desk runs them.
In-house recruiter
For corporate talent acquisition. Intake, job ads, screening, interviews and scheduling, with the hiring law and candidate notice you need at each step.
Sourcer
Find people faster and reach them without landing in spam. AI sourcing, Boolean and semantic search, contact data, rediscovery and outreach.
Team lead or tool buyer
For the person who chooses the tools and answers for the results. Agents, risk and law, buying decisions, ROI and rolling AI out to a team.

Quick answers
How long does a path take?
Most lessons take about ten minutes to read. The live req tasks take longer, because they are done on real work. Plan on one stage a week and do not skip the live req steps.
Can I take more than one path?
Yes. Many lessons appear in more than one path. Each path keeps its own ticks, so a lesson you finished in one path will need ticking again in another.
Where are my ticks saved?
Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to Work Insiders, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Can a team use the paths together?
Yes. Give each person the path that matches their desk, and have the team lead take the team lead path. Meet for fifteen minutes at the end of each stage to share what worked on live reqs.
