Two ways to use these skills

Upload a file

Claude, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise. The skill switches on by itself when you need it.

Copy and paste

Works in any AI app, including ChatGPT Plus or Free, the free Gemini app and Grok. Paste it into a ChatGPT Project, a Gemini Gem or Grok Bot.

The rule: The AI prepares the plan, the proposal and the talk track from your own terms and history. You set the fees, make every promise and sign every agreement. No invented statistics, no discounts you did not approve, and contract wording goes to your adviser.

Read, copy or download each skill

Install steps
  1. Add your details (optional, about 2 minutes). Every copy and download on this page will include them, so the AI uses your real fees, markets and sign-off.
  2. Pick a skill and read the whole instruction file (SKILL.md).
  3. Copy it formatted for your app, or download it as a file to upload.

Or browse by stage

Add your agency profile Optional. Fill it in once and every copy and download below includes it.

Every line is optional. For this pack the most useful lines are your fees, guarantee, payment terms, exclusive or retained options, concessions and proof points. The "How we work" lines are for the other agency packs. Saved in this browser only, never sent to Work Insiders. Leave a line blank rather than guess, so the AI never invents fees or proof points.

Proof points we can share

name: bd-plan-90-day
description: Builds a 90-day business development plan for a recruiter or agency owner from their own numbers, plus a fixed weekly BD hour that survives a busy desk: a goal in job orders or fees, the warm-first mix of activity that gets there, weekly actions they control, and what to stop doing. Use when a recruiter says "BD plan", "I need more job orders", "one month is full and the next is empty", "sales plan for my desk", or "I only do BD when I'm quiet".

# 90-day BD plan

Agency desks run feast or famine because BD stops whenever searches peak. You help a recruiter set a goal from their own numbers and a weekly habit small enough to keep doing.

If `references/agency-profile.md` exists, read it for specialties, markets, fee basis and guarantee. Never invent fees, averages or conversion rates.

## Input

Ask for whatever the recruiter can give; mark the rest `unknown`:

- Placements and fees over the last 6 to 12 months.
- Where those job orders came from: repeat clients, referrals, past candidates now hiring, cold outreach, inbound.
- Open job orders now and how many are realistically fillable.
- Hours per week they can really give BD.

## Build the plan

1. **The goal.** One number for 90 days, in job orders worked or fees invoiced, built from their own history ("last two quarters averaged 5 job orders a month; target 6"). If there is no history, set an activity goal instead and say why.
2. **Where it comes from.** Split the goal across sources, warm first: existing clients, past clients, referrals, past candidates now hiring, then new accounts. Use their own source mix; do not assume a ratio.
3. **Weekly actions they control.** For example: two existing-client check-ins, three past-client reconnects, one referral ask, one run of outreach. Each with the skill that does it.
4. **Stop doing.** Two or three things that eat BD time with no result in their data.
5. **The weekly BD hour.** A fixed slot on the calendar with a set agenda (below).

## The weekly BD hour

```
1. Replies and follow-ups owed (10 min) -> follow-up-tracker (Recruiter Outreach Pack)
2. Existing clients: who has a new need? (15 min) -> key-client-plan
3. Warm: past clients, referrals, past candidates now hiring (15 min) -> past-client-reconnect, referral-request
4. One new account on a real signal (15 min) -> Recruiter Outreach Pack
5. Book one conversation before the hour ends (5 min)
```

## Output

```
90-DAY BD PLAN | [recruiter] | [start] to [end]
Goal: [number] because [their numbers]
From: existing [n] | past clients [n] | referrals [n] | past candidates [n] | new accounts [n]
Weekly actions: [list, with the skill for each]
Stop doing: [list]
BD hour: [day, time], agenda above
Check-in dates: [day 30, day 60, day 90]
```

## Rules

- Every number is theirs or marked `unknown`. No industry benchmarks.
- Plan only what fits the hours they gave. A plan they cannot keep is worse than a small one.
- Activity goals are fine; promises of revenue are not.

How to install the Agency Growth Pack

Uploading? Download agency-growth-pack.zip and unzip it once. Inside is one file per skill (each one is a .zip too): upload those one at a time, as they are. Add your details above first if you want them in every file. Pasting? Use the Copy button above, then follow your app's steps below.

Claude upload

  1. In Claude, open Settings (or Customize), then Skills, then Upload.
  2. Upload each skill file from the unzipped pack, one at a time as it is. Don't unzip it.
  3. Check it is switched on.
  4. Test it: start a new chat and type Use bd-plan-90-day (or any skill's name), then paste what you have.

Team and Enterprise owners may need to allow skills first.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu upload

  1. In the sidebar, click Plugins, then the Skills tab.
  2. Click Create, then Upload from your computer, and pick each skill file from the unzipped pack, one at a time.
  3. ChatGPT scans it, then uses it on its own or when you @ mention it.

An admin has to switch skills on for the workspace first.

ChatGPT Plus, Pro or Free paste

  1. In the copy tool above, pick the skill and ChatGPT, then click Copy. It adds your agency profile if you filled it in.
  2. In ChatGPT, click Projects, then New project, and name it after the skill.
  3. Open the project's Instructions and paste.
  4. Start a chat inside that project and paste what you have: your notes, a job order, a pipeline list or a client's email.

These plans have no skill upload. A project keeps the instructions for every chat inside it.

Gemini Enterprise upload

  1. In the Gemini Enterprise web app, click Skills in the menu.
  2. Click +, then Upload skill, pick each skill file from the unzipped pack, one at a time and click Import.
  3. Call it with / in a chat, or let Gemini pick it up on its own.

Standard, Plus and Pay-as-you-go editions can upload. An admin has to switch skills on first.

Gemini app paste

  1. In the copy tool above, pick the skill and Gemini Gem, then click Copy. It adds your agency profile if you filled it in.
  2. In the Gemini app, make a new Gem (a custom assistant) and paste it into the Gem's instructions.
  3. Chat with that Gem whenever you need the skill.

Grok paste

  1. In the copy tool above, pick the skill and Grok, then click Copy. It adds your agency profile if you filled it in.
  2. Paste it into a chat with your Grok Bot. The first line asks it to save the skill with Skill Creator.
  3. Review the draft and save it, then switch it on under Settings, Plugins, Yours. Call it with / in a chat.

Steps follow OpenAI's skills guide and Google's Gemini Enterprise guide. Menu names change, so check there if a label looks different.

Gemini CLI or Antigravity: unzip each skill into .gemini/skills/ in your project, or ~/.gemini/skills/ for every project. Grok Build: .grok/skills/. Claude Code without the plugin: ~/.claude/skills/.

Every skill is open on GitHub, so you can read it before you install it: github.com/workinsiders/claude-skills (opens in a new tab).

Then try one

Once a skill is installed or pasted in, ask for it by name and paste what you have. Remove names and personal details you do not need first.

Use bd-plan-90-day. My placements and where they came from last year: [paste them here]
Use fee-objection-replies. The client said: [paste their words here]
Use fee-proposal. My notes from the intake call: [paste them here]

The standard every skill meets

  • Every number comes from your own history or your agency profile, or stays a placeholder
  • Fees, discounts and terms only ever come from you
  • Proof is real: placements and quotes used only with permission
  • Warm before cold: existing clients, past clients and referrals come first
  • No invented win rates, benchmarks or statistics about agencies or AI
  • Contract, referral fee and compliance points go to your adviser

Questions

What is in the Agency Growth Pack?

Twelve skills: 90-Day BD Plan, Key Client Plan, Past Client Reconnect, Referral Request, Specialty Positioning, Placement Case Study, Fee Proposal, Fee Objection Replies, Exclusive Search Pitch, PSL Bid Decision, BD Pipeline Review and Client Win/Loss Review.

How is it different from the Recruiter Outreach Pack?

The Outreach Pack gets you a first conversation with a new account. The Growth Pack covers everything after: planning BD, growing clients you already have, referrals, proposals, fees, exclusivity and reviews.

Will it tell me what to charge?

No. It uses the fees and terms in your agency profile and lays them out as options. It never invents a fee or offers a discount you did not approve.

Does it handle contracts?

Fee Proposal writes a plain-language summary of your terms and lists the clauses to check with your adviser. No skill drafts legal wording.

Is it free?

Yes. MIT licensed, no signup. It reads the same agency profile as the other agency packs.
