Why do recruiting agencies use them?
Agency desks run on activity. When the numbers are visible every day, recruiters self correct, managers stop chasing weekly reports, and a placement on the big screen gets the whole team going. In house TA teams use the analytics side to track time to fill, pipeline health and recruiter workload.
Do I need a separate tool or is my ATS enough?
Many agency ATS platforms, such as Bullhorn, Recruitly and Recruiterflow, already ship dashboards and leaderboards, and they are listed here too. A separate tool makes sense when your ATS reporting is thin, when you want TV screens and contests, or when you need to blend recruiting data with phones, email or finance.
What should I look for?
Check whether it connects to your ATS directly or only through spreadsheets and an API, how many dashboards and TV screens each plan includes, whether viewers are free, how it handles contests and celebrations, and whether it can show billings as well as activity.
How are these tools priced?
General KPI dashboards often publish plans that start under 100 dollars a month. Gamification platforms tend to charge per user with minimum seats, and analytics layers for an ATS are usually quoted after a demo. Each listing below shows the published price or pricing model, with the date we checked it.
