Noota alternatives

Metaview

$60/user/mo Free tier MCP

Why it comes up: Interview notes with deep ATS integrations for in house teams, if you mainly interview on video.

Stands out: Notes land on the candidate record rather than in someone's document.

Watch out: Each agent is priced separately, so adding Sourcing ($100 or $300 per user) or Application Review ($150 a month) to the $60 Notetaker adds up fast.

Best for

• Recruiters who dislike writing up interviews
• Teams that need notes on the ATS record
• Buyers who want a free start

CoRecruit

$64/user/mo

Why it comes up: Notes, ATS updates and submittals built for agencies on Bullhorn, Vincere and other ATSs, with phone call coverage.

Stands out: Native write-back into Bullhorn, Vincere, Crelate and Loxo, which most note-takers ignore.

Watch out: It is a note-taker, not an ATS, and it needs one of those systems underneath.

Best for

• Agencies on Bullhorn, Vincere, Crelate or Loxo
• Desks buried in interview notes
• Teams that need submittals written up automatically

Fireflies

$10/seat/mo Free tier API

Why it comes up: Unlimited free transcription in 100+ languages, if you only need general meeting notes.

Stands out: Fireflies transcribes in more than 100 languages and includes API access even on the free plan, which suits multilingual desks and teams that want to pipe transcripts elsewhere.

Watch out: The free plan limits AI summaries and stores only 400 minutes per team. There is no ATS writeback, and conversation intelligence and multi-language mode sit on Business.

Best for

• Recruiters who interview in more than one language
• Teams that want transcripts pushed to other tools through the API
• Agencies that also record client and sales calls
