Wisq
AI HR agent for enterprise HR teams: Harper answers employee questions in Slack, Teams and email, resolves routine cases end to end and escalates the rest. Sold by quote.
Quote-based pricing
Bottom line
Wisq sells Harper, an AI HR agent for enterprise HR service teams that answers employee questions in Slack, Teams and email and resolves routine cases such as leave requests and benefits questions end to end. It is built by the team that founded Glint, runs on its own HR-trained model, and is sold by quote after a demo.
Stands out for: Harper is built to close cases, not just answer them. It acts in connected HR systems to complete routine requests, cites the policy behind each answer, and its Autopilot feature builds new workflows from your own past tickets and emails for your team to approve. Wisq trains its own HR language model rather than wrapping a general chatbot, and its founders previously built Glint, the employee engagement platform LinkedIn acquired.
Watch out for: There is no published price and no free trial, only a demo. The site names chat channels but not the HRIS or ticketing systems it connects to, so confirm your stack is supported before a pilot. Resolution rates such as 90%+ of routine cases are the vendor's own customer figures, and there are no independent reviews yet.
Overview
Wisq is an AI platform for enterprise HR teams, built around one agent, Harper. Employees and managers ask Harper questions in the channels they already use, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, SMS, mobile and chat, and get answers tailored to their role and location.
Harper grounds each answer in your own policies and shows the reasoning and citations behind it. For routine requests such as policy questions, leave requests, job changes and benefits inquiries, it can resolve the case end to end by acting in connected systems and generating the paperwork. When a request is sensitive or outside its guardrails, it triages, routes and tags the right person on the HR team with the context attached.
Autopilot reads your existing tickets, emails and policies and proposes workflows, starting with the highest-volume requests. Your team reviews and approves each workflow before it goes live. Analytics dashboards track inquiry volume and satisfaction, and Harper surfaces emerging employee relations concerns and recurring policy gaps.
Under the hood is Wisq's own HR reasoning engine and an HR-specific language model it announced in July 2025 alongside a $15 million funding round from existing investors Norwest, Shasta and True Ventures. Wisq says it has raised $55 million in total. The company was founded by Jim Barnett and Chih-Po Wen, the CEO and CTO behind Glint.
Wisq does not publish prices and sells by quote after a demo. It shows SOC 2 and GDPR compliance badges, role-based permissions and activity monitoring, and says customers are typically live in about six weeks. Named customers include Breeze Airways, Boundless and FICO.
