Org Insights is the current-state license: data cleaning, org charts, workforce analytics, custom reporting, and headcount and cost monitoring from historic joiner-mover-leaver data. Org Design adds to-be design in a licensed area of the business, including costed scenarios and talent selection. Add-ons include People Planning (succession and talent processes) and Strategic Workforce Planning (driver-based supply and demand).
