Bottom line
IHR is a small-team HR app built around the month-end hours chase: employees clock and fill in their own month, time off runs against balances that explain themselves, and HR exports a payroll report to Excel that locks once finalized. Prices are quoted per person, and the 30-day trial covers every feature for up to 5 people.
Stands out for: The payroll month is handled with unusual care for a small tool: overtime steps and night windows by your rules, forgotten timers that stop themselves, employees filling their own missing days, and a finalized report that cannot change without a recorded reason. It also tracks equipment and access per person with a leaver report, and runs fully in Hebrew and Ukrainian as well as English.
Watch out for: No prices are published, so every team has to ask for a quote, and the free trial caps at 5 people. It is a new product with no public reviews yet. Payroll itself is not run, only exported to Excel, there is no public API, and Slack and Teams connections are only on plans that include them. Location is recorded at clock events only, not as GPS tracking through the day.
Overview
IHR combines time tracking, time off, employee records, equipment and light hiring in one app for HR, managers and employees. Each role sees the same records from its own side: employees their own hours and balances, managers who is in and what needs a decision, HR the month ready for payroll.
Employees run a work timer from the browser or the installed home-screen app. My month shows worked against expected hours by day and week, flags empty days, and lets people fill working days from their schedule, copy days or paste rows from Excel, inside an edit window the organization sets.
Time off requests go through approval chains you build, against balances showing opening, earned, used and next accrual. Holiday calendars come per country with reminders, and sick notes can be requested after a set number of days without blocking the request.
Hours and approved absences flow into a monthly payroll report that exports to Excel and locks when finalized. Other reports export to Excel or CSV. An audit log records administrators' changes, sign-in is passwordless (Google, Microsoft, email code or passkey), and location is recorded only at clock events when the organization and employee both opt in.
Pricing is per person per month, quoted for your team size. The 30-day free trial includes everything for up to 5 people, with no card, and data stays readable after it ends. IHR is developed by Siema.

Key features
Work timer and My month. Start, pause, resume and stop from any page on phone or desktop. Each employee sees worked, expected and difference by day and week, days with no hours are flagged, and they fill gaps from their schedule, copy days or paste rows from Excel.
Overtime and payroll lock. Set normal hours, overtime steps for working days, rest days and holidays, and a night window. Forgotten timers stop at a limit you set. A finalized payroll report locks its hours, and reopening it needs a recorded reason.
Time off and approvals. Requests from the phone against balances that show opening, earned, used and next accrual, multi-step approval chains, country holiday calendars with reminders, and sick-note reminders that never block the request.
Equipment and access. Laptops, devices and accounts assigned to each person with expiry warnings, plus an outstanding-from-former-employees report for leavers.
Hiring. Open vacancies, move candidates through stages, schedule interviews with reminders and keep feedback beside each candidate.
Announcements and audit log. Scheduled announcements with delivery tracking, a message to everyone with an open timer, notification rules with quiet hours and backups, and an audit log of every admin change.
Pricing
IHR does not publish prices. Plans are priced per person per month for your team size, and the vendor sends a plan and an invoice after you describe your team. The 30-day free trial includes every feature for up to 5 people, 10 equipment units, 2 open vacancies, 20 candidates and 200 MB of files, with no card. When the trial ends nothing is deleted: people can still sign in and read their data, and one 14-day extension can be requested in the last week.
