No published price, and the vendor's own sample quotes are sized for programs of several hundred users, so small teams will find it heavy. The developer documentation sits behind a password and the MCP server is not yet generally available.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: It runs its own MCP server (early access) so employees can find and share approved content from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, and the single plan includes every integration, API access, SSO and SCIM. Its homepage builds programs around a recruiting persona measured on applications and employer brand reach.

Why it comes up: DSMN8 has deeper talent acquisition features, with job sharing and careers page tracking, and says pricing starts at a few dollars per employee.
Stands out: Talent teams get an Amplify Job Openings feature, UTM tracking to careers page visits and applications, support for employee referral programs and a recruitment consulting industry offer, backed by an employer brand case study with Mercuri Urval. Sharing reaches LinkedIn plus networks such as Xing, WhatsApp and WeChat.
Watch out: No published price list and annual contracts only, and the final quote depends on which modules you add. There is no documented public API, so data leaves through the built-in integrations.

$425/mo
Why it comes up: Clearview Social publishes prices from $425 a month for 50 employees, a simpler fit for smaller firms.
Stands out: Setup is light (upload employee emails and start sharing), a Virtual Assistant can post to profiles hands free, and corporate posting and content discovery are included. Recruiting is a named use case, staffing firms are among its customer industries, and Business adds referral and campaign tracking.
Watch out: Team is capped at 50 employees and one admin, SSO is Enterprise only, and pricing is annual with no free trial listed. There is no documented public API. Clearview Social is owned by ProfitSolv.

Sales-quoted MCP
Why it comes up: Parliament also runs its own MCP server but needs a Hootsuite Enterprise plan, so it suits teams already on Hootsuite.
Stands out: Advocacy sits in the same suite as the social team's publishing, listening and analytics, and Hootsuite runs a Parliament MCP server so admins and advocates can create and share approved posts from ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. Hootsuite names hiring, employer branding and culture as HR uses.
Watch out: It is not sold on Hootsuite's self-serve plans, so you need an Enterprise contract with custom pricing. The recent rename from Amplify means older reviews and guides use the old name, and Hootsuite lists no standalone Parliament mobile app.
