The Performance package is $8 per user per month and includes goals and OKRs, feedback, conversations/review cycles, 1:1s with AI summaries, AI assistance, and SSO. Performance + Talent Intelligence is $9 per user per month and adds anytime calibration, succession and talent mobility, skills intelligence, unified talent profiles, and individual development plans. Enterprise is custom and adds Engage, in-app guides, and change-management services.
AI is included in the solution (and can be turned off for policy). An MCP server is in beta so ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini can read goals and recognition.
