Bottom line

Business development lead feed for recruiters and staffing agencies: companies where someone just left a role you place, usually before a job ad, with who to contact and their email and phone. Plans run from $99 a month for 40 reveals, with 10 free reveals over 14 days.

Stands out for: It surfaces the opening before it is advertised: a departure in a role you fill, dated, with the person's tenure and new employer and whether a job ad exists yet. Sales Navigator only flags moves by people you already saved, while this works across companies you have never looked at, and wrong reveals are credited back.

Watch out for: A departure is a reason to call, not a confirmed vacancy, since some companies reorganise instead of replacing. Data comes from public LinkedIn profiles, so a move often shows a few weeks late, and role and country coverage varies; the examples on the site are Norwegian companies, so check your market is covered during the free trial.

Overview

StaffingRadar is a lead source for recruiters, executive search firms, staffing and interim agencies and HR service providers. It watches for people leaving jobs in the role groups you choose and turns each departure into a lead on the company that now has a seat to fill.

Each lead shows who left, their title, the month they left, how long they stayed, where they went, whether the company has posted a job ad and who to contact, usually the team head, HR lead or CEO, with a LinkedIn link. Work email and phone are looked up from Prospeo on request and only verified ones are shown.

Data comes from public LinkedIn profiles, job ads and official company registers, and a move usually appears a few weeks after it happens, once the person updates their profile. Revealed leads go to HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365 in one click or out as CSV, and the vendor says you can connect it to ChatGPT or Claude to ask questions of your leads.

Starter is $99 a month for 40 reveals, Growth $299 for 100 and Agency $890 for 400, all with unlimited users. New accounts get 10 reveals free over 14 days with no card.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Staffing agencies doing business development on new vacancies
  • Executive search firms tracking leadership departures
  • Recruiters who want to call before a job ad is posted
  • Teams on HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365

Not ideal for

  • Teams that only want confirmed, advertised vacancies
  • Hourly or high-volume frontline staffing
  • Recruiters in markets the data does not cover yet

Key features

Departure leads. A feed of companies where someone left a job in the role groups you fill (leadership, HR, sales, marketing, IT and finance, depending on the country), with the month they left, how long they stayed and where they went.

Job ad check. Each lead shows whether the company has advertised the role yet; the vendor says nine in ten have no ad when the lead appears.

Who to contact. The team head, HR lead or CEO with a LinkedIn link, and verified work email and phone from Prospeo on request, without using a credit.

CRM push. One click sends the company, contact and a note on who left into HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365, marking companies already in your CRM with their owner so nothing is added twice.
