A departure is a reason to call, not a confirmed vacancy, since some companies reorganise instead of replacing. Data comes from public LinkedIn profiles, so a move often shows a few weeks late, and role and country coverage varies; the examples on the site are Norwegian companies, so check your market is covered during the free trial.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: It surfaces the opening before it is advertised: a departure in a role you fill, dated, with the person's tenure and new employer and whether a job ad exists yet. Sales Navigator only flags moves by people you already saved, while this works across companies you have never looked at, and wrong reveals are credited back.

€270/mo Free tier
Why it comes up: AI agents that watch your own ATS contacts and flag job changes and new client vacancies, with a free plan and paid plans from 270 euros a month.
Stands out: A latent candidate detector reads profile changes, such as a new bio and expanded work history with no job change, as a sign someone may be getting ready to apply. A backdoor hire notifier flags candidates who may have been hired directly by a client after you introduced them.
Watch out: The product and most of the site are built for the Benelux market, with formal ATS partnerships with Dutch systems like OTYS, Carerix, Byner and Mysolution. Paid plans are a one year commitment, pricing is in euros, and US data coverage is unproven.

$159/seat/mo 14 day free trial MCP
Why it comes up: AI CRM for recruitment agencies that watches your market overnight and lists each desk's best actions, from $159 a seat a month.
Stands out: It aims to replace the whole desk stack (CRM, sourcing, outreach, contact data, call notes and e-signing) with one system, and it publishes every price, including contact credits (one credit per email or mobile found, pooled across the team) and fixed migration fees. A done-for-you move from Bullhorn, Loxo or spreadsheets is free on annual plans of 3+ seats.
Watch out: It is a young product with no outside reviews yet, and moving your whole database to a new vendor is a big step. Phone credits are thin on the entry plan (15 a month), and call recording and campaigns start on Principal at $199/seat/mo; the $99 Founding 100 price only applies to the first 100 desks.

$40,000/yr MCP API
Why it comes up: Enterprise job-change and buying signal platform from $40,000 a year, built for sales teams rather than recruiters.
Stands out: Published annual plans with a money-back guarantee if the tool does not return its cost in closed-won revenue.
Watch out: Core is a $40,000 annual contract, not a monthly seat, plus a $3,000 implementation fee. Purchases go through sales, not a self-serve checkout.
