SearchOS
Self-updating AI CRM for recruitment agencies: logs itself, watches your market overnight and lists each desk's best actions every morning. From $159/seat/mo.
From $159/seat/mo 14-day free trial MCP server
Bottom line
All-in-one CRM and ATS for agency recruiters and search firms, built by a working headhunter. Emails, calls and LinkedIn messages log themselves, a Radar feature turns job adverts, funding and people moves into BD actions, and each consultant gets a morning list of the actions most likely to make a fee. Contact data, call recording, e-signatures and a Claude MCP connector are included. From $159/seat/mo with a 14-day free trial, no card.
Stands out for: It aims to replace the whole desk stack (CRM, sourcing, outreach, contact data, call notes and e-signing) with one system, and it publishes every price, including contact credits (one credit per email or mobile found, pooled across the team) and fixed migration fees. A done-for-you move from Bullhorn, Loxo or spreadsheets is free on annual plans of 3+ seats.
Watch out for: It is a young product with no outside reviews yet, and moving your whole database to a new vendor is a big step. Phone credits are thin on the entry plan (15 a month), and call recording and campaigns start on Principal at $199/seat/mo; the $99 Founding 100 price only applies to the first 100 desks.
Overview
SearchOS is a recruitment CRM and ATS built by a working headhunter for contingency, retained, executive search, temp and contract desks, from solo recruiters to multi-desk firms. Its pitch is that CRMs fail because consultants do not feed them, so SearchOS feeds itself.
Emails, calls and LinkedIn replies are logged automatically, records are refreshed and coded from LinkedIn, and pipeline stages move when the work happens: a warm reply moves a BD lead to Negotiating, and a transcribed briefing call fills the vacancy brief, captures fee and terms, and creates the job. Applicants are screened against the brief as their CVs arrive, so shortlists open ranked best fit first.
Each morning every consultant gets a list of the actions most likely to produce a fee: warm replies to call, clients who just posted adverts that match candidates on the bench, offers to chase, candidates going cold. Radar watches adverts, funding and people moves overnight, and a candidate marketing engine finds targets and drafts pitches in your voice.
Every plan includes sourcing, a Chrome extension, an email and LinkedIn inbox, contact credits, AI actions and an MCP server for Claude Desktop. Principal adds call recording, transcription and AI coaching, plus campaigns and sequences. Separate taxonomies per desk, fee-split rules and firm-wide reporting suit multi-desk firms, and the vendor migrates data from Bullhorn, Loxo or spreadsheets at published prices.
Who it's for
Best for
- Solo recruiters and boutique agencies who never keep their CRM up to date
- Contingency and retained search desks that want BD signals and contact data in one place
- Recruiters who want to query and update their database from Claude
Not ideal for
- Firms that want a vendor with a long track record and outside reviews before switching
- Agencies that only need contact data or sequences, not a new CRM

Calls, terms and Claude. Call transcription and scoring that fills the vacancy brief, built-in e-signatures for terms, and an MCP server so you can query and update your desk from Claude Desktop.
