Netchex is a US cloud payroll and HCM suite: onboarding, time, unlimited payroll runs and pay cards, earned wage access, engagement, HR, and reporting on Core. All-In adds hiring (NetRecruiter), a scheduler, benefits (Netchex Benefits or Employee Navigator), performance, learning, and Netchex AI. Flex starts from Core and lets you add modules a la carte.
The vendor pricing page is a quote flow. Plan names and feature lists are public. Dollar amounts are not. Capterra also lists custom quotes on all three packages. This is US payroll-first HCM, not an ATS you buy to source candidates.
