Searching works in plain English: describe the candidate, for example a senior AWS DevOps engineer in Texas with five years of experience, and the results come back ranked. Filters narrow by specific skills, minimum years of experience and certifications, and each profile shows work authorization (US citizen, green card holder or needs sponsorship) and job type preference.
Resumes and contact details download directly, so recruiters can load them into their own ATS. Searches can be saved for daily email alerts when new matching candidates are added, and candidates can be shortlisted or exported to CSV in bulk. Job seekers can also upload their resumes, so part of the database is self-submitted.
