Kortix
Open-source CompanyOS where shared AI agents run work 24/7 on your tools, in their cloud or yours.
From $50/mo Free tier API
Bottom line
Open-source platform, which Kortix calls a CompanyOS, where a whole team shares AI agents that run work around the clock on your own tools: qualify every inbound lead into HubSpot, research candidates for every search, draft the weekly LinkedIn post. It connects to 3,000+ apps and MCP servers, works with any model, and runs on Kortix Cloud or on your own servers. Free covers one project; paid plans are credits from $50/mo with unlimited members.
Stands out for: Members are free and unlimited, so a whole recruiting desk can share the same agents, skills and memory for one credit pool, and everything lives as files in a git repo the company owns. An international executive search firm uses it for agents that research and profile candidates for every search, with consultants choosing the shortlist.
Watch out for: It is a builder's platform, not a ready-made recruiting tool: you define the agents, skills and guardrails yourself, and nothing is restricted until you set allow, ask or block rules. Costs move with agent computer time and model usage rather than a flat fee, and audit log export and SSO are Enterprise only. There are no outside reviews yet.
Overview
Kortix CompanyOS is an open-source agent platform for companies. The pitch is simple: hand it an outcome and agents run it 24/7 on your tools and company context. It positions itself as an open-source alternative to Claude Cowork and ChatGPT for work, and its GitHub repository has more than 20,000 stars.
People work in a shared workspace from the web, desktop, mobile, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Everyone uses the same agents, skills, memory and connectors, with roles, groups and per-resource permissions. Underneath, a project is a git repository: a kortix.yaml file declares the agents, skills, tools and triggers, and every change lands in the repo, so the company owns its setup outright.
Agents connect to more than 3,000 apps through Composio, plus MCP servers, OpenAPI and raw HTTP, each scoped to the agents that need it. Triggers from webhooks and schedules run agent loops around the clock, and every session runs on its own isolated cloud computer with a browser. Rules set allow, ask or block per action, so an agent can wait for a person before posting to LinkedIn, for example.
Kortix publishes case studies across industries, including an international executive search firm whose agents research every candidate for every search and write a profile of each, while consultants pick the shortlist. Sales examples include qualifying inbound leads and following up on quiet HubSpot deals.
Free is $0 for one project and 500 credits a month. Credits plans start at $50/mo for 5,000 credits, with unlimited members and up to 200 projects; one credit is $0.01, about five minutes of agent computer. Models run on your own keys, a ChatGPT subscription or Kortix-managed models. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, audit log export and VPC or on-prem deployment, and self-hosting the open source software is free.

Company as code. Every agent, skill and rule is a file in a git repo you own, with a CLI and TypeScript SDK. Each session runs on its own cloud computer with a browser.
