Bottom line
Docebo is an enterprise learning platform for organizations that train employees, partners and customers at scale, usually 250 learners or more. Pricing is quote-only, set by tier (Elevate or Enterprise) and an active-user model, with a one-year minimum term. It also ships an official, documented MCP server for AI assistants. Smaller teams will find the contract model and onboarding scope heavy.
Stands out for: Docebo lets you choose how users are counted (monthly, yearly or registered active users), so seasonal or external audiences can be priced by real activity. Its MCP server ships a built-in Learner server plus custom admin servers with tools for enrollments, learning plans and Go1 marketplace imports.
Watch out for: Many valuable pieces are paid add-ons, including Roleplay, Communities, E-Commerce, the branded mobile app on Elevate and the Salesforce and Microsoft Teams embeds. Docebo says most customers sign three to five year contracts, and onboarding fees are scoped during the sales process.

MCP server
Docebo ships its own MCP server, documented at https://developer.docebo.com/docs/configuring-the-docebo-mcp-server. A Superadmin registers an OAuth2 app in Docebo, then creates servers under Configuration, Artificial intelligence. Each server gets its own URL on the customer's domain in the form https://[your-docebo-domain]/mcp/servers/[server-path]/http. A built-in Learner server exposes enrollments, certifications, search and course content, and custom servers can add admin tools for enrollments, learning plans, learning data insights and Content Marketplace actions, all running under the user's existing permissions.
