It rewrites the resume against the posting rather than formatting it into your agency's client template, so it is a candidate prep tool, not a CV formatter. The jump from Starter at $49 to Enterprise at $500 is steep, there is no published free trial, and the outcome figures on its site come from select engagements rather than a study.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: One job description produces everything the candidate needs for that role, and you send it under your own brand from your own Gmail or Microsoft address. Coaches also get scheduling, invoicing and a free marketplace listing with no commission on bookings, so it doubles as a light practice management tool.

€29/mo Free tier MCP API
Why it comes up: CVFAST turns resumes into branded, anonymised client-ready PDFs with a free plan and its own MCP server, but does not tailor them to a posting or add interview prep.
Stands out: A built in MCP server on every plan, the free one included, lets Claude, Cursor or your own automation create, anonymize and export candidate resumes straight from a chat.
Watch out: Prices are in euros only, the free plan stamps a watermark on every resume, and paid plans cap uploads at 50 or 200 a month. No ATS or CRM integration is named; the Chrome extension and MCP server are the routes in.

$19/mo Free trial
Why it comes up: ConnectIQ formats CVs into your agency template from $19/mo and checks no candidate facts were changed, a cheaper fit if formatting is all you need.
Stands out: The AI is fenced in: four rewrite levels run from Format only, which makes no model call, to a full rewrite, and a deterministic check rejects any rewrite that alters an employer, title, date, qualification or figure. Every extracted field links back to where it sits in the original file, and the cost per resume is published for every tier, down to $0.12 on Scale.
Watch out: There are no ATS or CRM integrations yet, so consultants export the formatted file and attach it to Bullhorn, JobAdder or Vincere by hand. Uploads stop at the monthly allowance rather than charging overage, the free tier is a single lifetime conversion, and the vendor notes that Word export approximates the PDF layout rather than matching it exactly.

$0.25/CV Free tier Free trial
Why it comes up: RefineCV formats agency CVs from $0.25 each with a free plan, pay as you go rather than a monthly package allowance.
Stands out: Pricing is published and per CV rather than per seat: $0.25 a CV on Pro and $0.40 pay as you go, with no contract, where several CV formatting rivals are quote only or charge per user. Template builds and edits are free, including sending your existing Word or PDF template for the team to rebuild.
Watch out: It works on files rather than inside your ATS, so consultants export the CV, format it and upload it back unless your ATS vendor licenses the engine. Batch processing is on request rather than built in, and the vendor says it does not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, which larger clients may ask for.
