Where they pull apart

HireVue

Stands out: Video interviews and validated assessments in one enterprise suite.

Watch out: No published price, and it is far heavier than a small team needs for async video.

Not the right fit for

  • Small businesses that want a cheap async video tool
  • Desks that only need interview notes

LizzyAI

Stands out: The same question set and scoring logic is applied to every candidate. Optional in-interview video capture is there for authenticity. ATS connectors named on the homepage are Greenhouse, Workday, and Lever.

Watch out: There is no public rate card. Do not confuse this recruiter product (lizzy-ai.com) with lizzyai.com, which is a separate legal-AI tool that does publish $50/user/mo Team pricing.

Not the right fit for

  • SMBs that need a published $99/mo AI interviewer they can start today
  • Teams looking for the legal-document Lizzy at lizzyai.com

LizzyAI

  • SOC 2 Type I and II plus a named NYC LL144 bias audit
  • Greenhouse, Workday, and Lever called out for candidate sync and scorecard export
  • Same interview framework for every candidate, with optional video capture
  • The vendor does not publish a price
  • No Capterra reviews on the matching recruiting listing
  • Easy to confuse with the unrelated lizzyai.com legal assistant
