It builds the search for you across skills, education, work experience and location, and shows how many people match your combined requirements in your location before you commit. Boolean strings are optional.
Every profile is scored against role-specific must-haves, preferences and exclusions, with a Yes, Partial or No for each and the evidence behind it. A match percentage, experience and tenure summary and skills sit on one screen, and you shortlist or dismiss with one click.
Outreach is a LinkedIn sequence per shortlisted candidate: a connection request, a message and follow-ups, drafted from the role, the profile and your own templates. It goes out from your own LinkedIn account only after you approve it, and the remaining steps stop the moment the candidate replies. Replies arrive in one inbox beside the profile and your criteria.
Starter is $74.50 a month billed yearly for one seat and 250 shortlist credits, and Team is $109.50 per seat with pooled credits for up to 10 seats. Email enrichment is included. Blosto does not replace your ATS and says it focuses on the work before it, with ATS integration offered on the custom Scale plan.
