Bottom line

A personal networking CRM that captures people from business cards, QR codes, LinkedIn and meetings, with an AI agent that drafts follow-ups and preps meetings. Free for 100 contacts, Pro from ₹499 a month with a 7-day trial. Best for recruiters and BD people who network at events and lose track afterwards.

Stands out for: It covers the whole path from a business card or event badge to a drafted follow-up, with a daily briefing that tells you who to contact next, and a free plan to start.

Watch out for: Email and CRM integrations are still on the roadmap, there is no iOS app yet, and prices are in rupees. Meeting recording and follow-up drafts need Pro.

Overview

ConnectVault is a personal CRM for professional networking. You add people from business cards, event badges, QR codes, LinkedIn, phone contacts, voice notes or meetings, and they land in Vault with notes, company and where you met, with duplicates merged automatically.

Its AI agent, ARIA, works from that context. It sends a morning briefing on who needs attention, keeps a follow-up queue ranked by urgency, drafts follow-ups in your voice, preps talking points before meetings and turns recordings into summaries and action items. A network health score flags relationships going cold, and a weekly digest recaps the week.

It runs on Android and the web, with iOS coming. Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are on the roadmap but not live. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the product is built for India's DPDP Act.

Starter is free with 100 contacts and 50 card scans a month. Pro is ₹499 a month with a 7-day trial, and Plus is ₹1,499 a month with API access.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Recruiters and BD people who meet candidates and clients at events
  • Professionals in India who want rupee and UPI billing
  • People who collect business cards and never follow up

Not ideal for

  • Recruiting teams that need a shared ATS or recruiting CRM
  • iPhone-only users until the iOS app ships
  • Teams that need it to sync with Salesforce or HubSpot today

Key features

Business card, QR, LinkedIn and voice capture. Scan cards and event badges, swap QR cards, import LinkedIn and phone contacts, or add someone by voice note. Duplicates are merged automatically and everyone lands in Vault with where and how you met.

Morning briefing and follow-up drafts. ARIA sends a daily overview of who needs attention and what is coming up, ranks a follow-up queue by urgency and drafts personalised messages you copy, refine and send yourself.

Meeting prep and recorded summaries. ARIA preps talking points before a meeting and turns recordings into summaries and action items linked to the right people. Recording and prep are on Pro and up.

Network health score and event context. A score shows which relationships are going cold, contacts are grouped by company and tied to the events where you met, and a Sunday digest recaps wins and missed follow-ups.
