Bottom line
Remote job board for fully remote roles open to people in the USA, UK, Canada and Europe, with more than 16,000 live jobs when checked on 2026-10-30. Every job is checked for where the employer can hire from. Employers get one free post, then pay €99 (Basic) or €199 (Featured) for 30 days, with no subscription.
Stands out for: Eligibility is the point: each listing says which regions the employer can hire from, hybrid roles are filtered out, and scam signals such as upfront fees or mismatched apply links are flagged. Listing grades reward posted salaries and direct employer links and cannot be bought.
Watch out for: Prices are in euros only. Most of the board is gathered from company career pages, so a paid post competes with thousands of free listings, and new jobs are held back from free visitors for three days unless they pay for Pro. There are no outside reviews to weigh yet.
Overview
Remote1stJobs, also called Remote1st, is a job board for fully remote roles open to people in the USA, UK, Canada and Europe. It covers support, sales, marketing, operations, tech, data, finance, legal, HR and more, with hub pages by role, country, language and salary band.
Each job is checked for where the employer can hire from: USA, UK, Canada, Europe, EMEA or worldwide. Listings marked hybrid or on-site, or that need regular office days, are filtered out, closed jobs are removed, and ads showing scam signals are flagged.
Jobs are graded Platinum, Gold or Silver from the listing itself (published salary, clear eligible region, direct employer link and freshness), and the site states grades are never paid for. When checked on 2026-10-30 it held more than 16,000 live remote jobs from companies such as GitLab, Coinbase, Cohere and Grafana Labs.
Employers get one free post per company, then pay €99 for a Basic post or €199 for a Featured post that is pinned and included in job alerts, each live for 30 days after manual review. Job seekers browse and apply for free, can use a free in-browser CV match tool, and can pay €29 a month for Pro to see new jobs three days early.

Key features
Eligibility checks. Each job is checked for where the employer can hire from (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, EMEA or worldwide), and roles limited to one country are labelled.
Remote, not hybrid. Listings marked hybrid or on-site, or that require regular office days, are filtered out.
Scam flags. Ads that mention upfront fees, chat-app interviews, unrealistic pay or an apply link that does not match the employer are flagged.
Listing grades. Platinum, Gold and Silver grades come from the listing itself (published salary, clear region, direct employer link, freshness) and are never paid for.
Free CV match. Job seekers can score a resume against live job descriptions in the browser, without the file being uploaded.
Manual review. Every employer post is reviewed by hand before it goes live.
Pricing
Employers get one free job post per company and contact email, live for 30 days after manual review. After that, a Basic post costs €99 for 30 days, with an optional colour highlight for €49.
