MachGTM
AI sales teammate for B2B software sellers that researches buyers with a source for every fact and runs reviewed outreach playbooks, from $1,000 a seat a month.
From $1,000/seat/mo
Bottom line
AI sales teammate for B2B software sellers that researches target companies with a dated source behind every fact, then drafts and runs email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp playbooks under review rules you set. Early-access pricing is $1,000 a seat a month with 50 company research runs per seat.
Stands out for: Research shows its work: every fact in the Intent brief is a quote with its page and date, fit and intent are scored separately, and the brief lists what speaks against a deal and when too little is public to judge. Playbooks are written in plain sentences and a dry run shows each person's first message or skip reason before anything sends.
Watch out for: At $1,000 a seat a month it is priced against human SDR time, not against outreach tools, and each seat researches only 50 companies a month. It is built for teams selling software and software services, works on desktop only, connects to one CRM today, does not dial calls, and the vendor itself notes some research runs still fail.
Overview
MachGTM, called Mach in the product, is an AI SDR for teams that sell software or software services to other businesses, including software agencies and AI service firms. It covers the work from choosing who to approach through research, first message, follow up and handing replies and meetings to a person.
It starts with a Company Brain built from your website and uploaded files, holding what you sell, who buys it, your ICPs and case studies, each line with its source. Research runs on one company at a time when you ask: it reads your CRM history first, then the company's site, job ads and 18 months of news and filings, and names the buying committee, checking each person still works there.
Each run produces an Intent brief that opens with an answer (in market, warming or not now), the reasons for and against, why now, who to call first and what would change the answer. Runs are capped at $2 of compute and the vendor reports a typical run took about 10 minutes in October 2026.
Playbooks turn a few plain sentences into steps across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and call tasks. A dry run and capacity forecast show who starts when, review rules decide which messages need approval, and a reply stops the playbook and lands in one inbox for your team. Pricing is $1,000 a seat a month in early access, $10,000 a year, with custom pricing above 10 seats. The team also publishes Lead Finder, a free open-source Claude plugin for finding companies that fit your customer.
Who it's for
Best for
- B2B software companies running founder or small team outbound
- Software and AI service agencies prospecting for clients
- Teams that want to check the source behind every research claim
- Sellers who want playbooks without learning a sequence builder
Not ideal for
- Recruiters and staffing agencies prospecting outside software
- Teams that need high volume outreach at a low per seat cost
- Teams that need automated dialing or mobile access
Key features
Company Brain. Mach reads your website and the Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files you upload, and builds offering profiles, ICPs and case studies. Each line keeps its source and every version is kept with undo.
Account research with receipts. Each research run writes an Intent brief: the answer (in market, warming or not now), reasons for and against, why now, who to call first and what to watch. Every fact is a quote with its page and date, and fit and intent are scored separately, never blended.
Plain-sentence playbooks. Describe your approach in a few sentences and Mach draws the steps, waits and decisions. A dry run shows each person's first message, skip reason or question before anything runs, and you set review rules per playbook.
Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Playbooks send email from a warmed domain (up to 500 a day), LinkedIn messages as you at a human pace, and WhatsApp from your business number. Phone calls are scripts only; you dial.
Inbox, deals and CRM sync. Replies land in one inbox by company and stop the playbook. Deals, daily ranked tasks and calendar links sit alongside, and your CRM syncs every two hours.
