Bottom line

Turns any website into an API or MCP server your AI agent can call, including portals with no API. It handles logins and 2FA, hosts every integration and repairs tools when a site changes. Backed by Y Combinator and open source, with a free plan and Premium at $50 a month. It is general purpose, not built for recruiting.

Stands out for: It reaches sites that have no API at all, such as client VMS portals, older ATSs and job boards, and turns them into fixed tools that run in seconds rather than driving a browser step by step. Sign-in and two-factor codes are handled for you.

Watch out for: It is not built for recruiting, and its examples are healthcare, finance, travel and shopping. It is a young product with no outside reviews yet. Automating logins on sites such as LinkedIn breaks their terms, so check a site's rules before you connect it.

Overview

Pomerado gives an AI agent or application tools for tasks on websites. Each tool does one task on one site, such as listing invoices on a supplier portal or searching a job board. When no tool fits, Pomerado builds one, tests it and reuses it after that, so later calls return a checked result in seconds instead of a browser agent reasoning through every page.

It handles sign-in for every integration, including sites that send two-factor codes by text, email or authenticator app. Logins can be saved in Pomerado or passed with each request. When a site changes and a run fails, Pomerado repairs the tool and finishes the original call, so the agent gets its result rather than an error.

The same tools work through an MCP server at mcp.pomerado.ai, which connects to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and chat clients that take custom connectors, or through a REST API at api.pomerado.ai with an API key. Integrations are hosted, scaled and access controlled, so there is nothing to deploy.

For recruiters, the use is reaching systems that have no API: client VMS and procurement portals, older applicant tracking systems and job boards. Pomerado is backed by Y Combinator and its code is open source on GitHub.

Who it's for

Best for

  • Recruiting teams whose agents need data from client VMS or supplier portals with no API
  • Agencies stuck on an older ATS with no API
  • Developers building recruiting agents in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor
  • Ops teams automating repetitive portal work

Not ideal for

  • Recruiters who want a ready-made recruiting tool with no setup
  • Automating LinkedIn or other sites whose terms ban it
  • Teams that already have a proper API for the systems they use

Key features

Any website as an API or MCP. Describe a task on a site and Pomerado builds a tool for it, then reuses it. It works on legacy portals, consumer sites and internal vendor tools that have no API.

Logins and 2FA handled. Saved logins sign in for your agent, including SMS, email and authenticator codes, or you can pass credentials with each request instead of storing them.

Self-healing tools. When a site changes and a run fails, Pomerado repairs the tool and finishes the original call.

Build from your coding agent. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code can ask Pomerado to build and test an integration through its MCP.

Hosted for you. Every integration arrives hosted, scaled and access controlled, with a REST API at api.pomerado.ai and an MCP server at mcp.pomerado.ai.

Open source. The code is public on GitHub.
