Prices are per position rather than per seat, so they climb quickly for teams with many open roles, and final prices change by target country because ad costs differ. The Full ATS features cost 15% more, API integration with existing HR systems only comes on the quoted 25+ tier, and voice interviews are still in beta. The company is based in Hungary, and every order starts with a quote request rather than self-serve sign-up.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: The package price per position includes the Meta and LinkedIn ad spend, so one fee covers attracting applicants as well as screening them, which suits teams without their own job advertising budget. Every score comes with reasoning, strengths and risks, candidate identifiers are masked before the AI evaluates them, and the vendor states EU hosting in Frankfurt and alignment with the EU AI Act.

Quote-based
Why it comes up: Alfa AI also posts job ads and interviews applicants, with an AI avatar, but adds sourcing from 800M+ profiles and syncs shortlists to 75+ ATSs, priced by quote.
Stands out: It covers both outbound sourcing and inbound screening in one agent, where most rivals do one or the other, and the 24/7 avatar interview means applicants are screened the night they apply. The ATS list is unusually long at more than 75 systems, covering US agency tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal and Loxo as well as Workday, Greenhouse and many European ATSs.
Watch out: There is no public price, no trial and no self-serve sign up, so cost is unknown until a demo. Video avatar interviews put it squarely under rules such as NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act; the FAQ lists those questions without answers on the page, so ask for its bias audit before rolling it out. There is no API or MCP, and outside reviews are not yet available.

$149/mo
Why it comes up: IdealTraits posts to 100+ job boards with personality assessments and one-way video for small businesses, priced by job slot from $149/mo instead of per position with ad spend.
Stands out: Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited SMS, one-way video and pre-hire assessments with no per-applicant fees, and job slots can be added or dropped month to month as hiring changes. It also runs employee pulse surveys, and it is rated 4.8 on Capterra across 59 reviews.
Watch out: The entry Grow plan is annual only and covers one active job at one location, and pricing is per location for multi-office businesses until the Scale plan. The personality assessment accuracy figure on the site is the vendor's own claim.
Best for
$29/recruiter/mo Free trial API
Why it comes up: KitaHQ pairs AI resume screening and multilingual AI video interviews with candidate messaging over WhatsApp and SMS, priced per recruiter from $29/mo with no ad buying.
Stands out: Candidate messaging runs through your own WhatsApp, SMS and email with multi-step sequences, which suits markets where candidates live on WhatsApp. Agencies get AI resume formatting and branding, shareable candidate reports and a hiring manager portal, and the AI video interviews are sold on their own from $99 a month if you already have an ATS.
Watch out: The two products are priced separately, so screening plus interviews means paying for both, and interviews with live follow-up questions use three times the credits. API access and proctoring sit on the Business interview tier. Integrations named are meeting and messaging tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp), not other ATSs, and the Capterra listing has too few reviews to show.
