Compare/Head to head

Same facts, side by side: starting price, free tier, MCP, API and what each one is actually built for.

Starting price

HireLogic

Where HireLogic fits

  • TA teams that want scorecards and notes from conversations they already run
  • Orgs standardizing live interview signal without buying an AI avatar interviewer

Where they pull apart

HireLogic

Stands out: The product is built around live interview quality, structured notes, and scoring, rather than running an AI interviewer in place of your panel.

Watch out: hirelogic.ai does not print a plan table. If you need a self-serve notetaker with a checkout, look at tools that publish per-user rates. Do not confuse this with HireLogic the equipment-rental SKU.

Not the right fit for

  • Buyers who need a published $X/user/mo before a call
  • Teams that want the AI to conduct the screen instead of capturing it

Willo

Stands out: Priced per live role rather than per seat, with a long list of supported trackers.

Watch out: Priced in pounds, and there is a large gap between the entry plan and enterprise.

Not the right fit for

  • Desks that need live panel video
  • Teams running many roles at once on the entry plan

Pros and cons

HireLogic

  • Focused on live interview notes and scoring, not a full ATS
  • Fits teams that will keep human interviewers in the chair
  • Quoted packaging can follow volume rather than a rigid self-serve cap
  • No public rate card
  • Easy to confuse with unrelated HireLogic products in search
  • No published trial length or self-serve signup

Willo

  • Priced per live role rather than per seat
  • Works with the major trackers
  • 14-day trial
  • Priced in pounds
  • Big jump to enterprise
  • Not a live-panel tool
