Where they pull apart

aitrainer.work

Stands out: It is the most complete single view of AI training work, with the posted rate on every card, open pay data under CC BY 4.0 and a free MCP server and jobs API with no key. Premium posts are pitched one by one to matching members of its talent pool.

Watch out: It is a one-person business that earns referral fees from some of the platforms it lists and runs sponsored placements in the feed, so the default Featured sort is its own ranking. Most roles are short contract or per-task work, and posted rates are not weekly income. The certification exam price is shown only after you sign in.

Not the right fit for

  • Hiring for ordinary full-time roles outside AI training
  • Employers that need applicant tracking built in
  • Buyers who want a pre-employment assessment for their own candidates

Handshake

Stands out: The campus network students already use, so the pipeline is there before you are.

Watch out: It is a supply channel, not a tracker, and it is weak for senior hiring.

Not the right fit for

  • Senior professional hiring only
  • Agencies buying contact data

What each one costs

aitrainer.work

$49/listing

Job seekers use the board, job alerts, the matcher and the Academy lessons for free. Employers pay once per job: Standard is $49 for 30 days on the board with a spot in the weekly email digest, and Premium is $99, adding top digest placement, a Featured badge and direct outreach to matching talent pool members. Both plans send applicants to your own link and include a private stats page, and there is no commission on hires. Platforms already partnered with the board can ask for a free shortlist.
