AI agents talk to candidates over chat or voice to sort, filter and recommend who fits each open role, and the AI interviewer is trained to run the interview the way the recruiting team would, probing for hard data, evaluating culture fit and scoring skills as soon as someone applies rather than leaning on the resume.
Candidates are captured from WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, TikTok, job boards, referrals and events into a single record synced to the HRIS, with same-day offers, e-signature, document recognition and onboarding agents at the other end. Named connectors include Meta, WhatsApp, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle, and there is an API.
