Armada
Cold email for agencies selling to local businesses: sources leads from Google Business Profiles, finds the owner, rotates sends across your own inboxes and pools replies. Early access, priced on a call.
Quote-based pricing API
Bottom line
Armada is a cold email platform for agencies whose clients sell to local businesses, combining Google Business Profile lead sourcing, owner discovery and sending across your own mailboxes. It is in early access with pricing set on a call, so treat it as a young product.
Stands out for: It sources leads from Google Business Profiles and company websites instead of a LinkedIn-shaped database, which suits trades, clinics and shops, and every owner contact carries a confidence level. It also adds a phone caller queue and per-client portals on top of the sending, with no markup on sends because you use your own inboxes.
Watch out for: Pricing is not published and the product is in early access, with no outside reviews yet. You need your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes unless you buy the Done for you service, and it is aimed at local business prospects rather than corporate or recruiting targets.
Overview
Armada sources local businesses from Google Business Profiles and their own websites, searchable by category, city or radius, rating and review count, and imports your own CSVs deduped against existing leads.
Owner discovery works through each website to find the decision maker, their role and a real email address, rating each contact high, medium or low confidence and sending unclear records to review.
Sending rotates across mailboxes you own on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP host, with per-inbox daily and hourly caps, randomized spacing and automatic pausing on bounces or spam complaints. Sequences stop on a reply, bounce or unsubscribe.
Replies from every inbox and client land in Triage sorted by intent, and a caller queue gives reps the number, script and full email history for phone follow-up.
The Agency plan adds unlimited client workspaces, an all-clients health overview, client portal logins and roles, and the REST API with signed webhooks is the same one the app runs on. Armada says it runs roughly 300 of its own mailboxes daily.

Key features
Local business lead sourcing. Pulls businesses from Google Business Profiles and their websites by category, city or radius, rating and reviews.
Owner discovery with confidence levels. Finds the decision maker and a real address; generic info@ inboxes are flagged and unclear records go to review.
Multi-inbox rotation. Sends from the healthiest mailbox inside daily and hourly caps, with automatic pausing on bounces or spam complaints.
Triage inbox. Every reply from every mailbox and client in one list, sorted by intent, answered from the original inbox.
Caller queue. Prioritised call list with scripts, the people at the business and the full email history.
Agency workspaces and API. Unlimited client workspaces, client portal logins, a REST API and signed webhooks.
Pricing
Armada is in early access and does not publish prices; Solo (one company workspace) and Agency (unlimited client workspaces, client portal, roles) are both priced on a short call, and early access customers get locked-in rates. A Done for you service, where Armada's team sets up domains and inboxes, builds lists, writes copy and runs replies, is custom priced. There is no per-email or per-lead charge because sends go through mailboxes you already pay for. Confirm current terms on the vendor site.
