Candidate submittal pack: free client-ready resume PDF

What it does
Turn a resume into one client-ready PDF: contact details removed, agency cover page, references added, CONFIDENTIAL stamp, under the upload limit.
Sending a candidate to a client can take four separate tools: one to black out the contact details, one to merge in references, one to stamp the pages and one to shrink the file for the client’s portal. This does all four in one go and gives you a single PDF with your agency’s cover page on top.
Candidate submittal pack
Turn a candidate's resume into one file that is ready to send to a client: contact details removed, an agency cover page, references and certificates added, a CONFIDENTIAL stamp, page numbers, and a file small enough for the client's upload limit.
Reading the resume…
Hide contact details
Found for you and blacked out, including the whole line of a street address. Drag on a page to hide anything else, and click a box to remove it. To hide something without a mouse, type it under "Also hide these words". Redacted pages are rebuilt as images, so the hidden text is gone, not covered.
Read from the top of the resume. Fix it if it is wrong.
Separate with commas. Changing a field re-runs detection and brings back boxes you removed.
Add references and certificates (optional)
PDFs, JPGs or PNGs, added after the resume in the order below. Rename each one the way it should read on the cover page. These files are added as they are; they are not redacted.
Cover page
Stamp and size
Left empty, it reads "Presented by" with your agency and email.
Client's upload limit
Doing one step only? Resume redactor · Merge PDFs · Watermark and page numbers · Compress a PDF
Runs in your browser. The resume and every file you add stay on your device; nothing is uploaded, stored or sent. Remembered agency details are kept only in this browser. Always open the finished pack and check every page before you send it.

Frequently asked questions
What is a candidate submittal?
A submittal is the package an agency recruiter sends a client to put a candidate forward: usually the resume with contact details removed, a short summary of why the candidate fits, and any references or certificates the client asked for.
What is a blind submittal?
A blind submittal hides the candidate’s name as well as their contact details, so the client judges the profile on skills alone. Tick Blind submittal and enter a reference such as Candidate A.
Is the candidate’s contact information really gone?
Yes, for everything inside a black box. Redacted pages are rebuilt as pictures with the boxes burned in, so there is no hidden text under them to copy or search, and the original file’s properties are not carried over. Scroll through every page before you build, and drag over anything the tool missed, such as a photo or a QR code. Added documents such as references are not redacted.
Will the client’s ATS be able to read the resume?
If nothing is redacted and the file fits the limit, every page keeps its text. Redacted pages become images, which some applicant tracking systems cannot parse. If the client needs searchable text, send a redacted copy for review and the full resume once they agree to interview.
Which size limit should I choose?
Pick the limit shown on the client’s portal or email system. If you cannot find it, 2 MB is a cautious choice that most portals accept. The file is only shrunk if it is over the limit.
Does it remember my agency details?
Yes, if you leave the box ticked. Your agency name, recruiter details, logo and stamp are saved in your own browser only, so the next pack takes seconds. Untick the box to clear them.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser. The resume and the files you add never leave your computer.
