Watermark a PDF and add page numbers, free and private

What it does
Stamp CONFIDENTIAL or your agency name on every page of a PDF and add page numbers. Text stays sharp.
Why it matters: agencies send candidate profiles and rate cards that should not travel further than the client. A CONFIDENTIAL watermark and your agency name on every page make it clear where a document came from, and page numbers keep long packets in order.
Add a watermark and page numbers
Stamp CONFIDENTIAL or your agency name across every page, add page numbers, or put a line at the top of each page. Text stays sharp and selectable.

Runs in your browser. Your PDF is not uploaded, stored or sent anywhere. A watermark marks a file; it does not stop someone copying it.

Frequently asked questions
Does a watermark stop people copying the PDF?
No. It marks the file as yours and confidential, which discourages sharing, but someone determined could still copy it. To remove contact details for good, use the resume redactor.
Does it change the rest of the PDF?
No. The stamps are added on top. Text stays sharp and selectable, and nothing is uploaded.
