eQuest
Job distribution to 35,000+ sites in 180+ countries from any ATS, with OFCCP posting, sold by quote.
Quote-based pricing API
Bottom line
Job distribution network for employers that push jobs from an ATS or career site to more than 35,000 boards, colleges and niche sites in 180+ countries, including US compliance destinations. It is sold by quote based on posting output, and the BLAST! unlimited-posting annual fee is also quoted.
Stands out for: eQuest handles more than 250 million posting transactions a year and says it has never lost a federal VEVRAA audit for a client in over ten years. It will refund service fees if a client loses a VEVRAA job-listings audit.
Watch out for: There is no public rate card, so unlimited posting, BLAST! and eQuestXpress board rates all need a sales conversation. Since August 2025, eQuest can no longer be the origin of Indeed organic jobs, and board transaction fees can still apply.
Overview
eQuest is a job distribution network that delivers jobs straight from an ATS or career site to more than 35,000 job boards, colleges, universities and niche career sites in more than 180 countries and territories. It handles more than 250 million posting transactions a year.
AutoPost works with any ATS or CRM, needs no users, and routes jobs by rules such as title, skills, location, pay range and employment type, for example engineer titles to LinkedIn or all US jobs to BLAST!. The board each candidate came from can be captured for import back into the ATS, and an HTTP POST integration lets an ATS add, update and delete jobs.
For US compliance, more than 1,000 companies use eQuest for regulatory posting. It reaches over 8,000 individually owned US career-site destinations, and its diversity network covers veterans sites, vocational centers, disability organizations and local workforce centers with unlimited posting. eQuest says it has never lost a federal VEVRAA audit for a client in over ten years and refunds service fees if one is lost.
Boost! AI restructures title, location, salary, employment type and expiration data so listings are easier for AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to read. Since August 2025, eQuest can no longer deliver Indeed organic jobs.
eQuest is sold by quote based on posting output. BLAST! is a single annual fee for unlimited posting, and eQuestXpress is a self-serve, pay-as-you-go marketplace with no membership or contract, but neither lists a price.
