There is no public rate card, so unlimited posting, BLAST! and eQuestXpress board rates all need a sales conversation. Since August 2025, eQuest can no longer be the origin of Indeed organic jobs, and board transaction fees can still apply.
What we noted
Not the right fit for
Worth keeping in mind: eQuest handles more than 250 million posting transactions a year and says it has never lost a federal VEVRAA audit for a client in over ten years. It will refund service fees if a client loses a VEVRAA job-listings audit.

Why it comes up: JobTarget packages US distribution as campaigns, while eQuest focuses on high-volume global delivery and OFCCP records.
Stands out: ATS-to-board posting with applications returned to 80-plus ATS connectors, so recruiting marketing does not live in a side spreadsheet.
Watch out: Marketplace rates are set by the job boards, not JobTarget. Programmatic budgets, Sourcer (90M-plus profiles), and bundled 360 seats require a relationship manager.

Why it comes up: Joveo is a cost-per-click bidding engine, while eQuest delivers to boards and can route selected jobs to Joveo via AutoPost.
Stands out: Agentic workflows cover job distribution, career sites, conversational screening, AI interviewing, and scheduling in one stack, with multicurrency and multilingual campaigns.
Watch out: This is a high-volume programmatic buy, not a career-site CMS for employer brand. Pricing is tailored. There is no public per-applicant card.

Why it comes up: Circa focuses on diversity and OFCCP posting, while eQuest adds a far larger 35,000+ commercial and international site list.
Stands out: It automates state ESDS job-bank postings and documents good-faith outreach across a claimed 15,000-plus community organizations. Dashboards track applicant flow and outreach for audit files.
Watch out: US OFCCP affirmative-action rules were rolled back in 2026, so the compliance pitch has changed even though the product is still on the price list. There is no self-serve rate card. Ignore Capterra's $600/mo starting price.
