eNPS Tools is a free website for calculating and benchmarking employee Net Promoter Score. You enter the number of promoters (9 to 10), passives (7 to 8) and detractors (0 to 6) from a survey, or a score you already have, and the calculator returns your eNPS with a short read on what it means.
The benchmark step compares the score with the closest available record for your industry, team size, country and region. It looks for an exact match first, broadens one dimension only when the record allows it, and falls back from country to region to a global pool.
