Stands out: It refuses to fake precision: filters only apply where benchmark records exist, a country filter never falls back to a different country, and when nothing fits it shows "No close benchmark" and tells you to treat the score as a baseline. The site uses no cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and the toolkit worksheets keep entries in your browser.

Watch out: Benchmark sources are kept internally, so you cannot see which survey or year a matched record comes from; read the comparison as directional. Only three checks are free per visit before it asks for a work email. The site is run by Hindcast LLC, the company behind FeedbackPulse, which sponsors it, so its eNPS software comparison page is written by a vendor in that list.
