The site uses no cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and the toolkit worksheets keep entries in your browser.
Watch out: Benchmark sources are kept internally, so you cannot see which survey or year a matched record comes from; read the comparison as directional. Only three checks are free per visit before it asks for a work email. The site is run by Hindcast LLC, the company behind FeedbackPulse, which sponsors it, so its eNPS software comparison page is written by a vendor in that list.

Stands out: Prices are published and low: Pro at $4 per employee a month includes reviews, 360 feedback and AI summaries that bigger platforms sell as separate modules, and kudos come free on every plan. Survey answers stay hidden until three people respond, and a first-party MCP server lets an admin pull results or launch a survey from inside Claude or ChatGPT.
Watch out: Slack and Microsoft Teams, where many teams actually answer pulse surveys, sit on the Max plan at $8 per employee a month, double Pro. Goals are Max only too. There is no HRIS, payroll or compensation module, so employee data lives in its own directory. It is a small vendor (Hindcast LLC, registered in Wyoming in 2025) that relies on its hosting providers' certifications rather than its own SOC 2, and says itself that it does not chase 500 seat enterprise security reviews. Production data is hosted in the EU.
