Watch out for: Slack and Microsoft Teams, where many teams actually answer pulse surveys, sit on the Max plan at $8 per employee a month, double Pro. Goals are Max only too. There is no HRIS, payroll or compensation module, so employee data lives in its own directory. It is a small vendor (Hindcast LLC, registered in Wyoming in 2025) that relies on its hosting providers' certifications rather than its own SOC 2, and says itself that it does not chase 500 seat enterprise security reviews. Production data is hosted in the EU.
Overview
FeedbackPulse is employee listening and review software built for small and growing teams. It combines anonymous pulse surveys, eNPS, lifecycle surveys, peer recognition, 360 feedback and performance review cycles in one account, with setup the vendor describes as minutes for surveys.
Surveys start from templates such as a five question weekly pulse, leadership effectiveness, eNPS, 30 day onboarding, exit interview and annual engagement, or from a custom builder. They can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Anonymous surveys hide results until at least three people answer, and the product runs in eight languages.
Reviews cover self, manager and peer input in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual cycles, with a cycle tracker that shows who still has to submit. Peer reviews are anonymous by default and can also run on their own outside a formal 360 programme.
AI summaries pull themes out of survey comments and trends on Pro and above. The first-party MCP server at app.feedbackpulse.com/mcp connects Claude and ChatGPT-compatible clients by OAuth or API token, so permitted users can read results and admins can create surveys, open review cycles and send reminders. AI access is off by default and needs an admin to turn it on.
Pricing is published: free for up to 10 people and five active surveys, Pro at $4 per employee a month billed annually ($5 quarterly), Max at $8 ($10 quarterly) with goals and the Slack and Teams integrations, and a quoted Enterprise plan.
