Darwinbox

Darwinbox is a cloud HCM platform serving 1,400+ enterprises and roughly 4.5 million employees. Modules span core HR, time and attendance, multi-country payroll, recruitment (HCM-embedded ATS with Darwinbox Sense matching), onboarding, performance and OKRs, LMS, engagement, and analytics—typically sold as a unified suite.

In May 2025 Darwinbox announced a first-party Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server exposing HR tools to MCP clients such as Claude, initially for select customers and partners in beta. In August 2026 it launched Darwinbox Cortex, an AI-native HCM rebuild now in early access alongside the existing product.
