Where they pull apart

MailDeck

Stands out: One US Microsoft tenant holds 100 Outlook inboxes, so 1,000 inboxes is 10 domains at the tenant rate.

Watch out: Sale rates sit under a higher regular rate. Google extra mailboxes cost $2.99 to $3.50 each. SMTP is a different stack.

Not the right fit for

  • Buyers who want one mailbox without a 100-inbox tenant
  • Teams that only need a sequencer, not inboxes

Mailforge

Stands out: Automated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC plus mailbox slots you can delete and recreate at no extra cost.

Watch out: Minimum 10 mailbox slots. No free trial. You pay for slots even if some sit empty. Separate from Infraforge and Primeforge.

Not the right fit for

  • Buyers who need fewer than 10 mailboxes
  • Teams that want a free trial before buying domains
