All in one AI screening stack for agencies: resume ranking, AI phone screens and proctored video or coding rounds, on a free ATS or synced to yours. The ATS is free and there is a 14 day trial, but AI interview pricing is only given on a call, so budget can't be checked up front.

KitaHQ is an AI screening and candidate management platform for high-volume teams and staffing agencies, strongest in Southeast Asia. It pairs resume screening and multilingual AI video interviews with a light ATS that messages candidates over email, WhatsApp and SMS, from $29 per recruiter a month.

AltHire AI
Stands out: It covers the whole screening funnel in one product, from interest check to proctored coding round, and throws in a free ATS for teams that have none. Domain specific assessments for healthcare, legal and education go beyond the usual tech and sales question banks.
Watch out: No published price for the AI interviews, so the free ATS is the only cost you can see. Many of the headline numbers (500+ companies, 70% faster hiring) come from the vendor's own marketing, and it has very few independent reviews. Its FAQ also pitches interview practice to candidates, so confirm you are buying the recruiter product.

KitaHQ
Stands out: Candidate messaging runs through your own WhatsApp, SMS and email with multi-step sequences, which suits markets where candidates live on WhatsApp. Agencies get AI resume formatting and branding, shareable candidate reports and a hiring manager portal, and the AI video interviews are sold on their own from $99 a month if you already have an ATS.
Watch out: The two products are priced separately, so screening plus interviews means paying for both, and interviews with live follow-up questions use three times the credits. API access and proctoring sit on the Business interview tier. Integrations named are meeting and messaging tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp), not other ATSs, and the Capterra listing has too few reviews to show.
