How it works

Connect a spend source and name your vendor sheet
It inventories your tool spend and scores each saving opportunity
It drafts the vendor counter. It never sends, signs or spends

Skills

First-run interview: connect a spend source, name the vendor sheet, set the renewal window and the approver.
Builds the spend inventory from live data or an export, dedupes vendors, and tags purpose, owner, cadence and commitment.
Scores each saving opportunity against a fixed bar: a dollar figure traced to live data, a specific mechanism, and a reason it is worth doing now.
Researches at least three named alternatives per vendor, with dated street pricing and an honest switching cost.
Drafts the renegotiation email or note in your voice, comparison table first.

Integrations

Ramp.
Google Sheets.

Guardrails

Anything that cannot clear the opportunity bar is filed as a lead, not presented as a saving.
Quote-only vendors are flagged for a request for quote rather than guessed at.
Every write to the vendor sheet is read back and checked before it reports the job done.
Drafts the counter. Never spends, signs, or sends.
