Bottom line
EmailGuard is a deliverability toolkit that monitors your sending domains and mailboxes and tests where your emails land. It suits recruiters and agencies running cold email across many secondary domains who want monitoring, placement tests and verification in one dashboard. Paid plans start at $49 a month and there is a free forever plan rather than a timed trial.
Stands out for: EmailGuard bundles inbox placement tests, blacklist and DMARC monitoring, domain masking proxies and contact verification in one subscription, where many teams pay separately for a placement tester and a verifier. It also ships its own MCP server with 86 tools, so you can ask Claude to check a domain's health instead of clicking through dashboards.
Watch out for: Limits are set per plan by connected domains, mailboxes and test counts, so a growing outbound setup can force a jump from $49 to $129 or $199 a month. It does not warm up mailboxes or send your campaigns, so you still need a sequencer and a warmup tool alongside it.
Overview
EmailGuard is an email health and deliverability platform aimed at cold email, sales and marketing senders. You connect your domains and email accounts and it keeps watch over SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, blacklists and DMARC reports, while giving you tools to test where messages land.
The testing side covers inbox placement tests across top providers, an email tester that scores a message on 162 data points through spam filters, and a content spam checker. Contact verification credits are included on every plan, so you can clean a list and test the copy in the same account.
For outbound infrastructure it offers domain masking proxies and hosted domain redirects on clean IPs, with a dedicated redirect IP available for $100 a month. Spamhaus Intelligence credits on paid plans add domain reputation and sending source lookups.
For a recruiting agency sending BD campaigns from several domains, EmailGuard works as the monitoring layer that tells you a domain is listed or failing authentication before reply rates drop. Its MCP server and REST API let you pull the same checks into Claude, Cursor or your own scripts.
