Bottom line

Local business lead database built from Google Maps: describe your target in plain English and export businesses with email, phone, website and social links, plus owner names and AI filters on request. Sign up gives 300 free credits; Pro is $59 a month and Agency $119 a month at launch pricing with unlimited exports.

Stands out for: The data is pre built, so a search for any local niche returns a count instantly and thousands of rows export in under a minute, with no scraper to run. The AI filters let you qualify every row against your own wording, such as installs solar panels, and the Agency plan removes per row export costs, which suits teams pulling large local lists every month.

Watch out for: It finds businesses first: emails are mostly the generic addresses a business publishes on its own website, and owner names cost 10 credits each through a web search, so it does not replace a contact database for reaching named hiring managers. The $119 Agency price is a launch offer against a normal $239, and rows dropped by an AI filter are still billed.

Overview

Primavera is a local business lead database. You describe the businesses you want in plain English, such as Italian restaurants in Austin or plumbers in Brooklyn with a website, and its AI assistant turns that into a search. Because the data is already collected rather than scraped on demand, the count of matches shows up in seconds and a list of 2,000 businesses exports in under a minute.

The database covers more than 28 million US businesses across 4,500 categories and 30,000 cities. The vendor built it from Google Maps listings matched with Overture open map data and All The Places chain store locators, then read each business website for the emails, phone numbers and social profiles it publishes. Email addresses shared by many unrelated businesses are filtered out.

On top of the base data, decision maker lookups find owner, CEO and founder names through a web search, charged only when a name is found. AI filters read each listing, or its website, and keep only the rows that fit a criterion you write, which helps when your target does not match a Google Maps category. Lists can also be checked against each email's mail server before a send.

Pricing is in US dollars: 300 free credits at sign up, Pro at $59 a month for 10,000 credits, and Agency at $119 a month at launch pricing (normally $239) with unlimited exports under a fair use policy plus 100,000 AI credits. Both paid plans include API access and export to CSV or Excel.

Key features

Plain English local lead search. Describe who you sell to, such as dental clinics in Denver, and an AI assistant builds the search against a pre built database of more than 28 million US businesses across 4,500 categories and 30,000 cities, with filters for rating, review count and independents versus chains.

Emails, phones and social profiles. Each row carries name, address, phone, email, website, social profiles and Google rating, taken from Google Maps listings and the contact details each business publishes on its own website.

Owner names and AI filters. Decision maker lookups find owner, CEO and founder names through a web search, charged only when a name is found. AI filters read each listing, or its website, and keep only rows that match your own criterion.

CSV export, email check and API. Lists export as CSV or Excel for a CRM or tools such as Instantly and Smartlead, emails can be checked against their mail server for one credit each, and both paid plans include API access.
