TheirStack
Job-posting and tech-stack data from career sites, ATSs and job boards, for finding the companies hiring for the roles you place.
From $49/mo MCP server API
Bottom line
For agency recruiters who win business off hiring signals: TheirStack finds every company posting a given role, and what tech it runs, from career sites, ATSs and job boards. Free with 50 company credits a month; API and MCP from $49/mo.
Stands out for: The depth of its job-posting archive: the vendor lists 225M postings back to 2021 across 195 countries and 352k sources, adds about 305k a day, and keeps closed jobs with the date each role went offline. Saved searches send daily or weekly email alerts or push to a webhook, so a desk hears the day a target company opens a role it places.
Watch out for: It gives you the company and the posting, not the person: there are no emails or phone numbers for hiring managers, so you still need an enrichment tool to reach anyone. App credits and API credits are separate pools, and each app export is capped at 200 jobs per company.
Overview
TheirStack is a job-posting and technographic data provider. It gathers postings from company career sites, ATSs and job boards, deduplicates them, and links each one to the hiring company's domain, industry, size and technology stack.
The app covers job search, company search by technology and hiring activity, company lookup by domain, list enrichment and exports to CSV or Excel. Results run to 500 per page with unlimited pages and team members, and saved searches send new matches by email daily or weekly.
Technographics are inferred largely from what companies mention in their job descriptions, which catches back-office tools that never show up on a public website, alongside buying-intent data.
Developers and AI users reach the same data through a REST API, webhooks for new jobs, closed jobs and new companies, and an MCP server. Large buyers can take the whole jobs, technographics or buying-intents dataset delivered to S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, Snowflake or an HTTPS endpoint.

Key features
Job posting search. Every posting from career sites, ATSs and job boards, deduplicated and filterable by title, location, salary and seniority, with closed jobs kept and dated so you can see when a role went offline.
Technographics. Find companies by the technologies they use, inferred from their job postings, or look up any company's stack by domain.
Hiring alerts. Save a search and get new matching jobs and companies by email daily or weekly, or push them to a webhook as they appear.
MCP server
First-party MCP server included on every API plan, so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can run job searches, company searches and tech-stack lookups on your API credits. Tool list and setup are in TheirStack's docs.
