The product you’ll help build

MiPrep.AI brings an AI interview copilot, personalized interview preparation and mock interviews into one platform. Built around a candidate’s resume and target job description and trained on over 30,000 Fortune 500 interviews, it helps people prepare answers that reflect their own experience.

Job Overview

Behind every resume is experience worth communicating well. We’re building MiPrep to help candidates bring that experience into their interviews with greater clarity and confidence.

MiPrep creates personalized questions and answer preparation from a candidate’s background and the role they’re pursuing. Candidates can rehearse aloud, review feedback and access interview support through its AI copilot.

We’re looking for curious, motivated Full Stack Developer Interns to contribute to the product’s development. You’ll work across user interfaces, backend services and integrations, helping turn technical ideas into useful experiences.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience with web development and AI product engineering, alongside opportunities to learn through collaboration, code reviews and practical problem-solving.

What You’ll Work On

- Support AI features: Assist with integrating AI services into useful, reliable product workflows.

- Improve performance: Investigate bugs, reduce friction and help make the application faster and more dependable.

- Work with data: Contribute to database design and queries, with attention to privacy, security and performance.

- Ship thoughtfully: Participate in testing, code reviews, version control and deployment workflows.

- Collaborate on improvements: Work with engineering, design and product colleagues to refine features.
