Flagstar Rehab is hiring an experienced staffing coordinator to help connect rehab therapists with job opportunities.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Find and engage candidates through LinkedIn and Facebook, with hands-on sourcing experience on both platforms

• Follow up consistently and move qualified candidates through recruiting

• Handle candidate registration and onboarding accurately

• Stay organized, communicate clearly and take initiative

Recruiting and onboarding experience, strong computer skills, knowledge of Indeed, and confidence using LinkedIn and Facebook are essential.
