hyreflow
Recruiting agent that runs your CRM, data and sequencer tools from inside Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, paid per credit.
From $49/mo Free tier MCP server API
Bottom line
For agency recruiters who already live in Claude or ChatGPT: hyreflow lets the assistant run your sourcing databases, enrichment waterfalls, sequencer and recruiting CRM in one request, and asks before it spends a credit or writes a record. Free with 25 credits, then from $49/mo for 500 credits.
Stands out for: It has no interface of its own to learn. hyreflow plugs into the assistant you already use over MCP or a CLI and drives your existing Bullhorn, Loxo or Recruit CRM, your Lemlist or Instantly account and your Apollo or ZoomInfo keys, so one prompt such as 'shortlist this spec, write each a message and park them in the CRM for approval' spans the whole stack. Calls on your own keys and every CRM or sequencer write cost nothing.
Watch out for: You pay in credits, and a credit's value depends on the method: paid calls range from 0.01 to 13.9 credits, so a phone reveal costs far more than an email check, and the vendor tells you to dry-run unfamiliar steps before a bulk pull. Many connectors are bring-your-own-key only, including Apollo, ZoomInfo and every CRM and sequencer, so you still pay those vendors. It is a new product with no Capterra reviews yet.
Overview
hyreflow describes itself as the recruitment assistant for any AI agent. Rather than shipping another app, it adds a recruiting toolkit to the assistant you already use, connected over MCP in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Grok and other clients, or installed as a CLI for Claude Code and similar agents.
The toolkit covers 49 tools in eight groups: prospecting databases such as Apollo and ZoomInfo, enrichment providers such as Prospeo, FullEnrich, Lusha and Wiza, data and signal sources such as TheirStack, PredictLeads and BuiltWith, sequencers such as Lemlist, Instantly, HeyReach and Smartlead, recruiting CRMs including Bullhorn, Loxo, Vincere and Recruit CRM, ATS platforms such as Ashby and Lever, and meeting tools such as Fathom and Granola.
Skills package whole workflows. The vendor lists sourcing a role, speccing a candidate, finding displaced talent after layoffs, hiring-signal call lists, client monitoring and reviving a dead database, and each one chains search, qualification against your brief, enrichment and outreach into one run.
Contact lookups run as waterfalls ordered from the cheapest provider to the most expensive and stop at the first usable result, and a missed lookup is not charged. Qualification, deduplication and other judgment steps run on your own assistant's account, so hyreflow charges credits only for calls that return data.
Nothing spends credits or writes to a system of record without an approval, and you can set hard spend caps per workspace or per session. The skills and playbooks it installs are plain files you keep and can edit.
hyreflow comes from Automindz, an agency that builds AI automation for recruitment firms, and its case studies are agency desks in the UK, US and Switzerland. The vendor also sells an eight-week guided setup, the hyreflow Academy, from $4,999.
Who it's for
Best for
- Agency recruiters who already use Claude, ChatGPT or Codex daily and want it to act on their real tools
- Small recruitment agencies running signal-based business development across Apollo, a sequencer and a recruiting CRM
- Desks that already pay for Apollo, Lusha or ZoomInfo and want to reuse those keys without markup
- Recruiters working a dormant database or speccing a candidate out to many target companies
Not ideal for
- In-house talent teams that want a finished ATS with its own interface
- Recruiters who do not use an AI assistant and do not want to install a connector or CLI
- Buyers who need a fixed per-seat price rather than metered credits
Key features
Agent tool orchestration. One plain-English request runs across 49 connected tools, from Apollo and ZoomInfo searches to Lemlist or Instantly sequences and Bullhorn, Loxo or Recruit CRM records, with each step shown before it runs.
Enrichment waterfalls. Email and phone lookups try the cheaper providers first and stop at the first usable hit, so a contact usually costs one provider call, not several.
Recruiting CRM sync. Shortlists, tags and notes are written back into Bullhorn, Loxo, Recruit CRM, Vincere, JobAdder, Recruiterflow or Atlas, and those writes cost no credits.

MCP server
https://recruit.hyreflow.ai/api/v2/mcp
First-party MCP at recruit.hyreflow.ai/api/v2/mcp, hosted by the vendor. Add it as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Grok and other MCP clients and sign in with OAuth in the browser, leaving any client ID and secret empty. The connection is bound to one workspace and exposes its 49 tools, saved workflows, run history, recruiting playbooks and credit balance, with each step's cost shown before it runs.
