Overview
ResuPick screens resumes in batches. You upload 50 or more PDF or Word files against a job description and it returns a ranked list with a percentage match score for each candidate.
It runs on Google Gemini models and reads each resume as a document, layout included, rather than extracting raw text, which the vendor says helps with multi column and designed resumes.
Personal details such as names, ages and photos are masked before scoring, so the shortlist is ranked on skills and experience, and you reveal a candidate only when you move them forward.
For each candidate it can also generate technical and behavioural interview questions tied to their experience and the job.
Shortlists export as CSV for import into any ATS, with native integrations on the vendor's roadmap. Pricing is prepaid credit packs from $25 that never expire.
