Overview
Superscribe records business calls on your existing phone number. In the iPhone app you tap Activate and dial a short code, and your carrier forwards calls to Superscribe, which rings them on your phone and, if you want, on your Mac or PC. Outbound calls from the app show your own number. Audio is transcribed in Superscribe's cloud, many languages are detected automatically, and each call returns a title, a summary and suggested actions. Superscribe plays no recording message on the line, so the recruiter has to tell the candidate where the law requires it.
For recruiting, the vendor pitches it at the gap between screening calls: the notice period, the salary range and the follow up promised get captured while the next call is already ringing. Actions such as calling back, adding an interview slot to the calendar or creating a reminder appear on the lock screen and fire only when tapped. A meeting mode records intake meetings and panel debriefs in the room, lets remote people dial in to the same transcript, and names speakers when they introduce themselves.
Calls and meetings are filed to projects automatically and pushed to Pipedrive as activities. There is no direct ATS integration; other systems are reached through the REST API or the hosted MCP server, which are listed on Business Voice and Sales.
