Overview
Together is mentoring software for running workplace mentorship, peer learning and coffee chat programs. Admins build programs from templates for common mentoring formats, then match employees on criteria they choose and weigh themselves.
Its AI drafts mentor and mentee profiles from a LinkedIn profile or resume, suggests discussion points for each session and helps admins set up new programs. Together says it redacts personal information before AI processing and lets organizations switch AI off.
It integrates with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR and UKG, and with Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet. Professional and Enterprise plans add a REST user API, SFTP imports and a reports API. It is SOC 2 certified and supports SAML single sign on.
Absorb Software acquired Together in December 2024. Together continues as a standalone product and lists an Absorb LMS integration. Pricing is quoted.
